I sisn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I called the number later and got an automated system that said "Welcome to Commenity".  I immediately hung up.  This company represents (or claims to represent) store credit cards.  Problem is, I don't have cards for any of the stores they represent, so they shouldn't need to call me.  They continually violate the DNC registry and use multiple phone numbers to hide their identity.

This number calls me every morning beginning at 8:02 a.m. Doesn't leave a message and then rotates calls with 4 other states representing Comenity who is the bank representing Lane Bryant, Victoria Secrets, and other subsidiaries until 9:45 each night. The calls began after I was 1 day late with a payment. They alternate with 913-312-5159 in Kansas,404-260-0238 n Georgia,614-754-4132 in Columbus,720-456-3696 in Colorado and 614-212-5786 in Columbus. I've received 30+ calls in one day from this company. There has to be a law against this!

I get calls from this number and they never leave a message. Also calls from Columbus, Ohio,Az. and other places. When one number doesnt work, they just call from a different number. This goes on day after day, and several times a day. Im getting ready to have my number changed. I didnt get a cell phone to be harrassed , i got it to be in touch with my family work and friends

this number keeps calling my emergency only phone. I have asked them to not call this number again

Seems to be a frequent flyer in these pages with a very bad reputation.  Be advised that they are not subject to the FDCPA since they are the creditor.  They may however be subject to state laws.

Send them a cease and desist letter by certified, return receipt US mail.  You can file complaints with your State Attorney General’s Office as well.

This number and other numbers from Comenity have been calling my number every day twice a day never leaving a message.  I do not use store credit cards so I don't know why they are calling me.  I answered once but no one was there.

Yes they use all different numbers and the credit car I have, I did not hear the name but I named the store or a couple and that's what they were calling for. So maybe talk to a representative. I WOULDN'T give them your account number of course. But I have a netspend card & made a payment. Hope this helps? P.S They are annoying, calling every day. They do this to me and I can't change my number because it's on my husbands business cards etc. But on a lot of phones you can block certain numbers. Hopefully you have that feature or can get the app. They are harassing all of us!!

They are scammers. They have a the district attorney in Southern New York after them. Federal charges are being nailed on them for wire fraud. All six empoyees who work for.them also. So I called my phone company n explained. They have now blocked their calls. If it means having to block each one. I will do that also.I dont answer calls that I dont have family living there.  I have the docket n address to District attorney. Hum! Interesting how they moved.to Kansas. New York wants them so bad behind bars. They are on the run. So dont answer. Let it go into voice mail or block them. 844-271-2650 is another number from them.

It doesn't help to block their number. They Have about 20 different numbers they call from. I have blocked 15 numbers so far and every other day they come up with two new numbers to call me from. When I look the number up online they all say comeity bank.

I got this call from; whom had called me... I called this mumber from another phone to see if there was an ID  The ID is: Comenty.  Whoerver is calling from this inside; is not giving messages, or talking.  They called 12 times right in front the other call.  It is either a harrashment, or a scammer.

This number just called me at 11:19am. I am in California with an Atlanta number. This was a recent change and not a lot of people have my new number so I knew immediately it had to be a scam call. I never had business in Kansas where this called came from. They spoke so fast when I answered and did not leave a voicemail. I called back being curious but also knew not to give them any information over the phone being I do have cards with comenity and know the numbers they use. As soon I picked up it was automated first asked me to hit 1 for English or 2 for Spanish I hit 1 then it rang next ask me which card I had and listed about 10 different store options. Then it said option 2 and started to round off another list to me. I have a card with a store they listed in options one I hit 1 and it immediately prompted me to enter my card number I laughed and hung up. It’s a scam!!!!!!!

I know that this and also 614-212-5786 are the same place. Commenity. I do not have any late payments. I cannot call back because it's a recording. Companies who are legit leave a message. This is ridiculous.

They will continue to call until you answer. If you answer they will harass you until you give them an exact time of payment. If you don’t answer they start calling from Unknown numbers.

bruh they called me 13 times in the past two days (and its only 5pm) so i just screamed into the phone. funny thing is when i try calling the bank i dont even get a real person. [***] idiots.

They call me 2 days before my due date. Its annoying. Once i have them paid off im dome dealing with them. Same thing with synchrony. Always call before my payment was due or day of.
