Called from Kansas.  Did not pick up.  Did not leave VM.  3 hours later, I got a call from 913-312-5192.

I found 4 caller ID calls from 2 different #’s on one day and 5, 2 Days later.  Googled their name and read the worst business reviews ever.  Sound like somewhere between the most dangerous predatory lenders, credit card banks, for stores like Crate and Barrel & others, and scum bag Scam Artist thrives!  Reviews were mistly 1 Star, the lowest option.  Reviewers say they Comenity charges over 50% interest and $38 late fees, and worse.

I have no current credit cards at any stores at all, so I will likely fight my urge to answer and demand to be removed from all  their lists!  Still if they call all day long, I just might!

They sound like nightmare predators from the bowels of Hell!  Or the lowliest Scam Artists around!

Gratefully they leave no VM messages.

They have associated your phone number with someone who owes them money.

First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

This is Commenity Bank. They issue credit cards for retail stores like Women Within or Crate and Barrel. It's annoying that they don't leave message however they do recognize they are calling a cell. I got a text reminder that I was late with a payment. Went online and paid it. Calls stopped. I like the text, it seems so much more polite.

This may or may not be a legitimate number for Comenity but as phone numbers are easily spoofed it is wise to never give a caller personal information of any sort. instead, hang up and call the number on the back of your card or on your statement.

I have several accounts with them but none are past due. I finally called back and gave my phone number and name but refused to give my address or social. I asked for the name of the store account that I there was an issue with and I would look myself and they refused without my giving my social. They said they would just mark me as a “refusal” and got off quickly. Seems fishy

Phone Lice. I have blocked all three numbers they are calling me on and will continue to block every number on earth that I don't want calling me. The phone company and the government do nothing about these scum so I will block them all! If everyone did that, they'd have to find a different way of stealing besides the phone.

They called me for the second time this month. First time was no message. Today i decided to answer and there was an automated response looking for someone other than me. I just hit the number requested to indicate that they got the wrong number and the call terminated, but provided me a number to call if i had questions.

Yes it is the Community Bank calling

Called once. Left a message saying “make your selection now”. Blocked.

Comenity - finance company for HSN. Calling about a late payment. Very nice to deal with.

Calls multiple times a day finally going to block it after seeing this thread.

Caller ID states comenity bank which is  the issuer of some store CC's. I have gotten as many as 22 in a day. back to back calls within 90 seconds of each other. Many different phone #'s but ID is comenity bank. They never leave a message.

Called at 8:30am on Christmas Eve. Whoever this is should be sued.

Many calls with credit card hype.

I called the number back and asked them to stop calling....  besides, they're calling for the wrong person anyway.
