Calls constantly. Leaves no messages. Doesn't talk.

This number keeps calling every ten minutes to 30 minutes, never leaves a voicemail.

Called my google voice number, didn't leave a message.

Called a little while ago. Left a weird message that seemingly put me on hold. Then a man got on and addressed me by my full first name. Didn't catch name of company. I assume this is a telemarketer.

They can take me off the call list, too calls never leaves a message and if you pick up no one answers

Comenity Bank. It's a bill collector with several different numbers from which to call and bug you.

I get calls from both numbers 7207283206 & 9133128486 at least 6 times a day between the two numbers. Never leaves a message, never says anything when I have answered and on multiple occasions they will call back to back.

It's an auto dialer debt collector for Comenity Bank. If you answer, it usually takes 10-20 seconds before someone answers you back.

This is a Comenity Bank debt collecter.sounds like it's an individual.  Called him back and selected 9 to speak to a person. I do not have any of their cards but they keep calling my google number. I'm convinced this person is using a google phone and it's glitching and calling wrong people. I'm reporting the two numbers to google.

Comenity Bank is well known for this.  Reporting them to Google, which has no reason to do anything, nor does it have law enforcement powers is a waste of time.  Now here is what you need to do. You can take the advice or put up with the calls, your choice.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/  Look for either FDCPA attorneys or TCPA attorneys.
