Between this number and 720-728-3214; they called me 13 times yesterday, never leave a message.  I block them, file complaints with the ftc, and filed a complaint with the BBB against their corporate location which is Columbus, Ohio.  Next will be a complaint with the State of Ohio Attorney Generals Office.  I told them to stop calling weeks ago.  The one call I answered was for a solicitation for one of the credit cards they manage, and they manage a lot of these credit cards for several different companies.  Still when you tell them to stop calling, they're supposed to do so.  And it is considered harassment.  If I have to an attorney will be called.  And they never leave a message.

It is indeed Comenity Bank and if you go to the BBB website they have literally hundreds of credit cards they manage.  They are calling probably to solicit for these many different credit cards.  They have called us from no less than four different numbers, with their name on the caller ID soliciting for one of their several credit cards.  They have called us 37 times since I started keeping track on Monday morning.  I have filed complaints with the BBB, the Ohio Attorney Generals Office, asked them to stop calling via a phone call and a letter, they are still calling.  Next step is a lawyer.  I block each number.  I file a complaint with the ftc every time I get a call.  I even filed a complaint with the fcc.  This is plain harassment esp when you tell them not to call.  Here are the four numbers they have been calling from so far - 913-312-9496, 720-728-3214, 913-312-9502, 720-728-3217.  What a bunch of [***].

It's the bank that sends out the Victoria Secret "Angel" credit cards

Comenity is a bank and collections service. They also represent several retailers like Stoneberry or Blair. Theyv'e called to get a payment that was late. Also to promote some products from some retailer. But, theyv'e called 4-5 times per day in a couple hours. And from different area codes. Just this week I got called from 913, 614, 720, and from different prefixes in those area codes.

Keep getting calls from this number and I want my number removed.

this number called me twice this morning. I personally don't answer calls I don't recognize but I know if it's important they will leave a Voicemail. Neither of the calls did they leave one.

Me too, like in the old days as if you had a landline and we're screening calls and could hear them. I thought it was just me! I find it hilarious how they sound like idiots calling out your name like a senile old grandparent thinking they have you on the phone. What the heck is THAT? LOL...

Called again this morning at exactly 9AM - blocked forever.

Called again this morning at 10:04am.  Blocked.  Who are these clowns?

I overlooked a payment so they had every right to call. It's just a robocall now so they won't leave a message . But I have had this account for 15 years, and I have never been called or harassed by them. The calls stopped as soon as I made up the missed payment.

They called my cell phone at 10:15 this morning , i just pressed the declined button on my cell phone......refuse to soeak to these scheming theiving idiots out to rob people of their money......tired of their dumb little games already.......they are very annoying and harrassing......it's time the FCC stepped in to try and find these low life crooks and throw them in jail for good.

Called at 8:12am this morning (July 4th!) from their 614 729-9025 number.  Called at 8:37 from this 913 number.  Called again today at 12:13pm from their 614 number.  Thank goodness that we have the 913 and the 614 area codes blocked.  I have never done business with these people...and don't want to.

It is Comenity Credit. They service over 100 accounts. For example. Bed, Bath and Beyond, Ann Taylor, Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie and Fitch, Barney's , Beall's, Big Lots, Lending Club, Zales, Ulta, Pottery Barn, GameStop, and lots of others. So if you have multiple cards with the same bank, and are late on them, they will call multiple times in a row.  I missed a payment, and they called twice in the morning and twice at night for 3 days until I paid it.

When I was late because of an medical emergency, neither my mortgage lender (Bank of America) nor the bank that owns my car loan (BBVA Compass) left messages. So no, not all big banks will leave a message.

Didn’t answer, keeps calling with no voice mail, all hours of the day. Tried blocking and still calling
