Someone has the  been calling my cell phone for past 1-2 weeks. They have called 4-5times daily for the past few days. If you are a true collections company, then you should have left a message. I don't answer any phone number that I don't know or recognize!  PLEASE STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

913-563-5511 & 5512 are coming from WFNNB:  World Financial Network National Bank. (Mine would be related to my Meijer card). No idea why they continue to call. Nothing is overdue. Yesterday I had 14 calls from them. So far today, 6. This is CRAZY how many times a day they call. Anyone know to stop it. I'm on the Do not call registry, but I have a Meijer card so they do have the right to call me. I just wish someone would at least tell me why they are calling instead of not leavign a message or hanging up when I answer.

They keep calling for a tenant. As a management company we don't appreciate these calls.  Basically, Pottery Barn colllections.

Got two calls today from 1-913-563-5511 .
Most days there is a call from someone, and I'd like to wonder out loud if this is either our US Government pinging all the lines to make an intelligence map if people answer or even ping the DSL line at the same time to gain entry into computers.

This has gone on so long, and there are too many horror stories of the FBI overhead in white airplanes scooping up all the cellphone traffic, what makes you think this is any different?

I no longer believe this is a foreign entity, it's much more likely AT&T or in conjunction with the government. Then the phone companies say "we've been hacked and it's all who knows's fault!"

Who do you call now? You can't. But until AT&T stops shady business practices/rate-jacking and other deviant methods, I can't possible suspect anyone else other than the Snowden haters.

This World Financial is associated with lots of online stores, Victoria's Secrets, Ashleys, Roamans....the list goes on and on.  If anyone every applied for credit with your number, no matter how long ago, it will be on their system.  I have had my number for over 6 years and still get calls from them.  I think the people they hire are on the same intellectual level as telemarketers.  I also believe they get paid by commission, so they don't care who or what time, they are relentless in dialing the numbers they have on file and refuse to remove them.  Best thing to do is block the number or set it up so it goes directly to voicemail if you want any peace.

I've been getting 8 -10 calls everyday  from this number for a couple of weeks  & they call at all hours of the day and night.   I don't know who it is so I don't answer. They don't leave a message so I figure its a scam of some  kind.

This was the translation from Google voice. I have no clue who Daniel is.

I get the same message format as this...except with the following names (so far...): specialist shinam, anthony, jackie, and rose. Seriously. wrong number.

This company is ILLEGALLY collecting debts. They are violating federal law by calling before 8am (for a number that doesn't even belong to their creditor). On top of that, they claim to be from Community Capital Bank, which was closed by the FDIC in 2011. If they call you before 8am or after 9pm or try to collect a debt using fraudulent information, file a complaint with your state attorney general.

The bank is Comenity and is indeed still in business.  Further, unless your state regulates original creditors, FDCPA rules do not apply.  If you do not have one of their credit cards, then I would suggest that you send them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  You should also file a report with the CFPB.

They keep calling for someone that does not live here. Havectold them not to call.

Got a call, they left a message and it asked for my brother by name (which was weird, he has never been associated with this phone/account) "Hello NAME, this is Specialist Childs, I'm calling pertaining an urgent business matter than has been escalated to my office. Please contact me today at 855-334-4198 extension 122-6119 (repeats number)" Then it immediately hangs up. It sounded like the person was outside or there was a lot of noise on the phone. Very bizarre. The number she referenced seems to be a debt collector- but the number they called me from was different and from Kansas City, KS. Seems REALLY fishy.

Getting calls from this and various (seemingly random) numbers several times a week. No debt or cards. Very annoying.

I received the same phone call from 913-563-5511 but it was a  African-American  Voice said his name is agent valentine and call him if this number 1-800-695-2912 with his extension  123-6236 and I also don’t know who’s person is who is this a scam alert and never say what company he’s calling for.

Said my number was given reference; but I never heard of the person they said that gave my number as a reference.  Not sure what to think at this point; it was odd.  My phone said the call came from  Kansas City.

Harassing calls to my phone.  Don't even have right name.  Says they have called 33 not 35 times and that person has not responded.  Absolute criminal harassment.  Apparently number associated with  World Comenity something or other.  Sue these predators!

This is commenity bank calling. Don’t have any idea what they wanted.  I have a HSN account with them that has s 0 balance. I am blocking them

The caller ID says Comenity. "Beth" is very concerned that "Victoria" hasn't responded to earlier attempts to contact her about an urgent matter with her Lane Bryant credit card. Things will escalate if "Beth" doesn't hear back from "Victoria" within 24 hours. It's basically the script others posted above.
I've been getting multiple robot calls about this Victoria womans Lane Bryant account. I don't know anyone by the name they give. I do have another store card through Comenity so I called them to verify that my account was clear. The real customer service representative said that my number doesn't come up associated with any other name. The way "Beth" talks I suspect this is either a scam or a bad collection agency, perhaps hired by Comenity.
