This 913-791-8058 (1# off a scam # 8057) called my cell while at store, asking if I applied with my "xxxx" bank for a credit card, they had enough said to possibly sound real, But here's the red flag's, they wanted me to give information question answer's to verify application, "Ohhah NO" "you give me info like last four of S.Sec.# & I will verify" I said; They angrily said (in heavy accent) we no can do that you must give us info!, to which I said: well i'll tell you what, if your real then contact my "xxxx" bank & work it out with them, they have all the info. and before I could complete saying thank you & good bye, I think , they hung up? (it was loud in store)

Called said there was unsure purchases on my credit card. Knew it was scam. They don’t call they texts alerts. And called from a 913. But gave 800 number two call back.

Called asking about a credit card i had recently applied for. Sounded legit bc they knew what type of card and what date i had applied for it on. Asked for my email and birthday! I said no and told them to talk to my bank about it. Was curious abt it so i called them back afterwards and it said their office was closed! This number definitely sounds like a scam!!!

Called , left VM that there was fraudulent activity on my bank account and to call them back.

Called and left voicemail saying they had an important matter to discuss with me.   Told me to call back at an 800 number.  No thanks!   I have an app that blocks all calls yet they still get through to leave a voicemail.

Called me this afternoon 1-7-2021 and left me a message saying my US Bank account had fraudulent charges, and call 1-800-309-4416 to talk to the fraud department. I googled this number that called me and the 1800#, both SCAMS. They have my cell # and the last 4 of my bank card number some how.

A man called me (not a recording) that said they were from US Bank and they noticed fraud on my account. I am waiting on two new cards (lost them but then found them as soon as I ordered replacements of course). I am careless at the moment so I know this isn’t a real phone call. They left an 800 number to come back on.

Left a VM, about fraudulent charges on my card. Didn't return call, it sounded too rehearsed to be my bank. Scammers

Had this number call twice today, let both go to voicemail (don’t answer for unknown numbers). In the voicemail they claim to be from “US Bank debit card customer authentication services”. While I started experiencing issues with my debit card just before these calls started, the audio quality of these voicemails seemed suspicious- why is there wind in the background? Googled the banks actual hotline number and would you look at that? It’s not this number. Definitely a scam!

Left voice mail - Regarding CC from US Bank,,,  Spam phishing CALL....My CC was only used with GEICO...maybe someone hacked their system

Asked what purchases I did on bank account specific ones

Left voice message to call another number 866-729-8983 immediately about fradulent activity on my account.

"Hi, this is Kayla with U. S. Bank Customer authentication services. And this message is for (my name).  We need to discuss an important matter with you. Please call us immediately at 8668289640. To provide difficulties using your card. We are open 24 hours, seven days a week in. Any representative can assist you. If you're out of the country, our correct number is 7014612300. Thank you."

said they were cardmember services (legit) and asked for the last 4 of a bunch of my info and my name. said my card was collections, sent me to a robo call. i hung up after that and reported them

You said they were "legit" so what, exactly, did you report?

SCAM!  Reported them to police investigating fraud with our US Bank acct.  Leaving US Bank after 40 years.
