No messege, calls constantly.

Calls, then hangs up.

Don't know who they are as I don't answer numbers/names I don't recognize.  I am on NO-Call list so cannot understand why I got this call and why so many calls are coming thru.  Does the NO-Call list help at all?  Doesn't seem so.

I have received numberous calls from this number, all during the day.  They listen to the outgoing answering message, wait 3-5 seconds and hang up.  No message, no identification.  Consider it phone call harrassment.

Received the call and no sound.

Caller got answering machine and just made an unintelligible loud noise and hung up.

Not happy.. I go to bed at 7 because I have to be at 3am. This phone call woke me up and for what? Only to be hung up on.

A gentleman called from this number stating that he was with the STATE TROOPERS looking for a donation, I told him I already donated, he tried to pursue the donation, when I told him I already donated again he abruptly hung up. Makes you wonder...... how these people have a conscious by preying on individuals, My number too is listed on the 'NO CALL' list....

They call up to 5 times a day. No message.  Hangs up after you answer the phone.  Called the number back and left a message.  The calls started coming more often.

Do not call list will not help you with this number, they are not listed as a company or non for profit. They collect money for the Kansas State Trooper assoc, but only 5% or less goes to them. The best solution I have found is to block all unknown numbers on your cell phone. Add only the people you talk to into your phone and turn on the unknown number feature. your phone should not ring when they call and it will only show up on your list of missed calls. not a complete fix but might help, this is very common with Tracfone or any of the phones like tracfone, since most numbers are regenerated after someone has let it die.

Call from this number (913-871-7035) on June 2, 2013 at 12:13 PM.  Also received a call from (913-674-4473) on May 29, 2013 at 09:30:51 PM.   Did not pick up.  Name ID shown as "NO CID NAME".  No message was left.  Previous posts to both numbers show the calls were for "State Troopers" donations.    Calls was to my home phone in South Kansas City, Missouri.  Note, not in Kansas, but per above notes I guess they are branching out to nearby states and are using different numbers.

How much of our money does the state pay to this ridiculous telemarketing company to raise money for the State Troopers? I am constantly getting calls from them, which I never answer. If you call it back there's no answer. I looked up the number & read other comments to find out that they get paid by the call. So every time they get a voicemail or an answer, they get paid for it. To make matters worse, they hang up on most of the answered calls. I think they're instructed to hang up on people 4 out of 5 calls answered & put them back in cue. Also, when they do collect money, the Troopers only get 5% of what this company collects!! Such a scam!

I get a call at least once a day, sometimes more.  I no longer answer as they just hang up as soon as I do.  Will be adding to my block list.
