    Kansas State Troopers Association.  While I hate telemarketers, this is a legitimate Branch of the Kansas State Troopers Association, I requested the information to be sent to me and the seal and PO box on the return envelope matches their website.

    Why on earth do we get calls from Kansas City when we live in PA!!   It comes up on caller ID  only the state and number.   We do not answer these calls as we have no clue who is calling and why.   as soon as the answering machine comes on,,   they hang up!    I am tired of these calls all hours of the day and night!      Very annoying and harassing!!
