Called but didn't leave a message. Warrants for an immediate block on my rulebook

This number is a legitimate number calling for Caremount Medical in Mount Kisco, NY. It's simply a survey about your most recent experience there. They verify you through the physical number they called that is in their files.

This number called me, but left no message. Above message says it's from CareMont Medical for a survey. If the call is from CareMont, then the ID should say CareMont, not private caller. Any number dialed to me that leaves no message, and is identified as private caller gets blocked. CareMont needs to change Identity to CareMont

Caremount Medical needs to identify If this for privacy concern.  Then use email. I receive many fake phone calls dont want to have a legitimate call annoy me.

If this is truely CareMount as identified when I googled number on caller ID it should come up as CareMount and not Private Name.  They wanted to verify that it was me, but they don't truthfully identify themselves.  Why when it said on message to press 1 to confirm it was me, it did not work and just kept looping around the same message.  Why would I trust a survey about my medical care from anyone who does not properly or honestly identify themselves.  Use caution and be sure it is really CareMount

caller id gives  caller know its care mt perhaps instead of annoying calls they should work on their own caller system--

Make up your mind. First you say "most likely billing department." Then you say "sure of it."
Besides, scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers all the time so you can't guarantee this is Caremount.

I block any Private callers. If it is Caremount the should have it displayed on caller ID.
