    I called a MAN answer the call and ask for my name, i refused to give my name, and gave him the phone number he was calling from, He reply " Then i can not help you" and hung up on me.

    Got a call said I needed to call this number because of IRS issues.  Called the number, he said his name was Max Peterson with the IRS.  I asked him why he was calling, where his office was - he proceeded to hurl foul language at me.  Don't ever call these numbers back.
