Says irs needs to speak to me about a lawsuit

This caller says that they have a law suit against me for me to please contact them b 4 they go to the court house in Raleigh

Also had a message left about a courthouse, call them back, something like that. It's a scam. I blocked the number but I still get a voice mail message when they call.

The incoming call region showed Yonkers, New York.  It was an automated male voice saying it is a local court house, please call back 914-294-3202.  Don't know how they got hold of my phone number.  Will block this number.

The number is spoofed.  It's a SCAM.  The IRS scam.  Block it.  Read here:

Same as above. IRS lawsuit scam. Blocked

This is scam. No IRS agent calls on phone.
When called back and confronted they hung up and blocked call. Not IRS!
