Called at 9:45 pm way to late

the 1st time caller ID, "Nielsen @ 914-379-1954"  called during the day, leaving a msg saying, "PRESS ( a certain number ), TO BE ADDED TO  -THE-  NO CALL LIST."  Making it seem identifying himself /company had been cut off.  To me, it sounded too polished to have been cut off & the fact he said "THE" No Call List  instead of "OUR" No Call List  - he's fishing for info, (not only personal info, but also the timeframe you're answering your phone.) They make $$$ selling our info !!!   A few days later he called around 9:15pm, Central Standard Time, leaving no msg and the 3rd call was a few days after that, right around 10pm CST, with no msg.  Legitimate call centers are aware it's  -illegal-  to call after 9pm CST, in Wisconsin and most other states in the USA. (We already get so many unsolicitated calls within the legal timeframe, that we're forced to screen  ALL  incoming calls!)  It's especially disconcerting when a loved one may need to get in touch or you're waiting on an important call back.   : (

This is a survey company which calls and leaves no ID

Been receiving calls from this number every night between 7-7:30 pm. My caller ID says NIELSEN, so I believe it is yet another survey.Messages never left on my answering machine,so I finally just blocked the number. I get 2 of these auto-dialer calls per night, always within a minute or less of the first call. Only rings once (yay) each time before it is blocked.

They call 4 and 5 times a day I never answer I’m so tried of this caller I pick up my phone and hang up sometimes they have called as late as 10 PM and early as 8:30 Amy hey never leave messages
