Called twice in a row, no message.

Nevermind, they left a message. Approved for a loan....

I got a very suspicious call.  "No Caller ID" was shown, but the tail end of the recorded voice message left (it seems that they will start speaking before the 'beep') said to call this number.
Hiding their phone number to me indicates a Scamarketer.   The recorded voice message, starting before the 'beep', to me indicates a Scamarketer.   Unfortunately, with the Caller ID hidden, I don't have that number to add to my Telemarketer contact.  However, I will be adding this number (the number they said to call) to my Telemarketer contact.

As a P.S. - Whenever the Caller ID and the number to call back on are not the same, to me, this also indicates a Scamarketer.  (This number is now a part of my Telemarketer contact.  Silent ringtone, and blocked.)
