    this call was to funny i get tis guy calling him self jack he tells me he is calling from geek squad and he's the one that worked on my computer. NO he didn't ! i start to question him and he then said it must have been mircosoft he did? NO he didn't! no one has worked on our Mac's. he wants me to log onto this site ( DON'T EVER DO IT ) WWW.FASTSUPPORT.COM let me see i log on and they will high jack my computer.
    it's a scam  !

    spec scam tech called again 7/5/18.
    me have mac's he telling me he worked on our PC. NO never did! our IT place is right down the street from us and they sold and do every bit of work on our mac's.
