This number has called me three times: yesterday at just before 2:45 PM, today around 9:05 AM, and today around 11:20 AM. I didn't answer any of the calls, and they didn't leave a message. I don't know anyone in California so I'm assuming this is spam. I also got a call without caller ID today at 9:08 AM; I wouldn't be surprised if that came from whoever's behind this number as well.

On a site similar to 800notes, a person reported the number as belonging to "Sarah from card holder services" and another said they could "hear people with a Middle Eastern language/accent talking in the background" of the voicemail.

It is definitely a scam call. It is blocked by my app...they still call everyday this past week. Some say it is a credit card scam, others say it is a health insurance scam. Some have said they can get downright rude if you question them

I answered and immediately said that if the caller was a telemarketer, then she needed to take me off her calling list. She said that she wasn't and her name was Amber from Minnesota (with a Sacramento California number). I said, "Really? With a Sacramento number?" I told her to stop calling me. She said she can't stop calling me because she needed me to pay a bill. I told her that I was going to report her and told her to stop calling me. She said to go ahead and she wouldn't stop calling me. She was talking very slow and sounded high. I ended up hanging up and blocking the number. I can't believe she actually thought someone would fall for that. I think she was too high to comprehend much of anything. Wow!

This company has been calling me for over a year now, I have answered and they give a bull story, I have asked to be removed and they lie and say ok, I have block the number and it will go through to voice mail and the voice mail gives me the name and number but they never leave a message. I have called the number back and it tells me to press 2 to be removed. I have one thing to say "IF I OWE MONEY TO A COMPANY THEN COME GET ME I COULD USE THE REST"

Same here I have the Truecaller app and the number comes up as Tory Lane the same as yours and a California number since I don't normally answer numbers I don't know I was Leary answering it but I was expecting a phone call from Amazon so I answered it and of course there was no response so I took it as one of those scams where creditors say they try to contact you and as long as you answer the phone they'll say that you were contacted so I obviously block the number because they've been calling me non-stop everyday for the past like month now like 3 times a day it's ridiculous!

They keep calling leaving no msg. And they call from different numbers.  I call back says not a working number.  BLOCKED AGAIN

“Tory Lane” on the ID. Sounds like a cheap porn star name. Bottom feeders don't have any imagination I guess. Scumbag scammers. BLOCKED.

My caller ID says, name is Troy Lane from California- scam!!!!!

Called my cell at 09:04 and left no message.

They have called me at least 7 times.  I keep telling them to not call again.

Caller ID says "Tory Lane." Answered on March 20, caller said she was "Annie" with information about credit rate adjustment. Answered on March 21, caller said she was "Gracie" and wanted to talk about auto insurance. Apparently, more than one scammer is using this number and name. On an average day, "Tory Lane" will call me four to six times, beginning just after 9 am and ending around 4:30 pm.

called left no message, I have T-mobile and it says "Scam Likely" when they called

This number called me. I freaked no message nothing. I missed it but my phone, fpr some reason, said Hubbys work. But its not. Whats going on.

I answered but it was no reply. This is a scam.

This number has been calling my phone for MONTHS  now everyday I’ve answered before no reply and hang up on me sometimes I ignore it sometimes I call them vulgar names 😂 I’ve called back it says to be placed on do not call list press 2 I just blocked the number

Please people don't answer these calls they're all scammers. If you answered the only keep calling you so don't answer. If everybody stopped answering these calls ignore them they would stop it would give up they only keep trying because people answer don't answer the call. These people are nothing but Crooks and chiselers and swindlers. Trying to steal your money.
