These people call at least 20 times a day, they were told to please stop calling and to take us off their list. I have tried v-mail, not answering, and hanging up and they still keep calling.

They call and it went to voice mail but they did not leave a message.

wanted to update a subscription.  please leave me alone.

Same as above - update subscription nonsense.

Called and asked for IT manager by name. Boiler room in background. Switched to unused voice mail/left no message. Calling about subscription for something.

Keep calling me at work, and never leave a message.

Two of us answered, they say nothing.....

Woman wanted to verify information regarding a specific employee.  I stated those requests must be sent via standard mail.  She said they used to fax them, but now it's only by phone.  At first, she thought the person merely wasn't available, but I repeated the company policy, and we ended the conversation on a polite note.
