They aren't in Sacramento. The call is actually from overseas and they either spoofing their number or using a VOiP phone service.

Just got a call from that # but it has been my practice not to answer.  No message either.

There was one ring, then a pause, then more rings, another pause, and more rings.  Clearly a call center with automated equipment.  I wasn't curious enough to answer.

called me today and i answered. The guy had a thick Middle Eastern accent, asking to speak to me, when i asked who it was they continued to talk about solar panels.  Told them I am on the do not caller list and this is my cell phone. The guy then got really snarky with me and got defensive. I asked to talk to a supervisor. "supervisor" came on and was apologetic then started to ask questions as to why i wasn't interested in their services. I explained that this is a sales call and am on the do not call list. Then asked if I lived with my parents and if he could have their number ??!?!?!!?! And asked why i wasn't living with them since I am 19 and what happened.... I told them to stop calling and being so weird and hung up. I hope they don't call again.

I got calls from this # almost daily,it hung up after 5 rings.Please stop.Thanks.

caller I'd said "SACRAMENTO, CA". I didn't answer and they left no message. Almost immediately, the phone rang again with caller ID "WASHINGTON, DC". This time a message was left that was unintelligible as the speaker had a heavy Indian accent and had trouble reading his script. I don't know if the 2 calls were connected as the 2nd had a different phone number.
