    Recorded message stating from the "State Attorney General's" office.  Legal proceedings...yada yada... Heard it before from these crooks just never in a recorded message.  But really, why would the California SAG call someone in a different state???  Idiots.

    I have been receiving call from this number 9164697002 daily. The person on the other end can barely speak English. They said they were with the State Attorney Generals Office for the state of California Told me I was not allowed to interrupt or disregard this call. Also said I had 3 federal fraud warrants for trying to get a payday loan via the internet in the state of Wisconsin. I hung up. When they called back I answered ** county police dept. How may I direct your call? Please press 1 for .... They never called again.
