People keep calling and threatening my job !!!  Roy wells suppose to be a general  attorney but sounds very unproffessional

This foreign person called saying if I dont call this number I will be arrested. he said that there was a legal issue and that I needed to call a Brandon Gabriel, that he is an attorny. Im not sure why if this is correct why I would be called from an agency and not from the "law office" itself,

My  husband got this exact same call today,  he is non confrontational so I picked up the phone. I tried telling this man I had no idea what he was talking about and we never even been to California and there was no way that it was us. He gave me the same number he was calling from to call back and speak to a lawyer. When I didn't call back right away he called me back and said he was with law enforcement at my residence waiting for me.

Yes This guy called , also said to call this # and another one  first six numbers are the same and last are 7012.Threating me that I have legal issues with my ssn.Please don't give these people no info.They sound like there from India or Iran or some foreign place.Hard to understand.Dont believe anything.Just don't call them back or don't answer.They seem to get mad if you don't listen to them.

These people are now harrassing the company I work at calling 20 times a day this is unaccetable.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

My husband text me saying that someone with this number *916-469-7022* was leaving threatening voicemail messages and calls on his cell phone. I hope that they find out who this person is and charge them for criminal threats. Everyone should be alerted about this caller and know not to answer it and just block the call.

I got a call from this number.   He said he has paperwork with my ssn which he stated over the phone.  I told him no legitimate business would give a persons ssn over the phone.  He said if I did not call back and speak to an atty I would be arrested.  I told him I am reporting him to the authorities and he would be arrested.  He has a middle eastern accent and always says have a blessed day at the end of the call.  This started after I applied for a pay day advance over the Internet.  I started getting calls saying my loan was approved for large amts of money.  I called back and it was a scam.  They wanted me to send a processing fee of 150.00.  I told him if I applied for a loan it means I don't have 150.00.  He said it was the only way I could get the loan.  I declined then the threatening calls started.  Lesson learned don't apply for cash online.
