Someone just called me that there's a complain about my  social security number and they are going to sued me and they don't give me their number or company so I told them I will report them to the sheriff department.

I just have an odd all from this number 916-469-7022 he has a middle Eastman accent and he says that there was a complain about my ssn# and he says his calling from the attorney of law in Sacrament and he won't even tell me what's this all about???
So I just told him I will report him o the sheriff department and police department.

Block your number call them back and ask for a pepperoni pizza or the closest 7-11!

Received a call from this crap head. He was saying it was a legal matter and wanted me to give out personal information about an employee and that I would be taken to court or arrested if I didn't help them.  Just hang up or play along if you are bored.  

These number 9164697022 keeps calling my job and stating that they have a important matter of investigation with my social security number. Does anyone know why these people be calling?

number with the name earl carter called my husbands job and threatened arrest re  a cash advance....when we called back, the repeatedly hung up on us...what they dont realize is that husband works for govt and can have them investigated....scam....another number attached to scam is 817-400-4768 with the name david marshall...when we called back and asked for specific people who called him, they refused to transfer us, threatened arrest. this is laughable, but please dont fall for scam.

This number called me at work, please "STOP".

Number called me today, leaving a voicemail I could barely understand. However since I didn't answer they have called my work 5 times tonight! While I am not there. I've seen this before, however I suggest tell them you will report them to FBI as well as law enforcement. My dad is sheriff I'm pretty sure that they will love that! :) Also I tried to call them back around 11pm my time, just to settle this, and it goes to an automated voicemail system, but no company name nor number or persons name told. Totally a scam do not fall for it!

Just received a voicemail message on my cellphone  today claiming fraud against my SSN and that I could be arrested and charged. I was told to have my attorney call since he was referring to a lawsuit.. This guy had an accent so I had to listen several times just to figure out what he was saying. Suspect this is another scam and won't fall for it. Either he can send the complaint in writing as required or find something to do with his time. I will report to the FTC in the meantime.

He called my cell phone so I blocked this call. He then called my Job and said the same thing.  He did to all of you!  

I have received several messages from this number.  The caller asked to speak to my manager or hr person when I transferred him to her he hung up.  I told him not to call me on my work number but he didn't listen.  So hear is what I did, I *67 my phone number called them asked them for their address and of course they refused and hung up on me.  so since they like to play the I will call you 100 times in a row I did the same.  they would pick up the phone and hang up.  I figure maybe they will figure it out.  

They just called our work number looking for one of our employees. We've had these jerks call MANY times and for once the guy didn't cuss me out of yell obscenities at me. Said our employee had a lawsuit filed against him.

They just called me!!! Earl Carter - same number - same bull! I told him I was online as he was talking, looking up his phone number because I KNEW I hadn't committed a cyber crime! I said, sir, you're a scam and this is fraud and I'm calling the police. He said, I do work for the police! LOL
It's a scam, I told him to go to hell and I hung up on him.

How do we make them stop calling! I applied for a checking advance on a website that I believe sent my info out to a bunch of other companies because I have been getting a lot of weird numbers calling me. This guy is calling me at work! I told him off like 5 times. I don't know what to do.

They called me 15 times in a row!!!!! Guy barely spoke English and said he was calling from the State Dept of Attorney's Office - Roy Val or something. I told him to stop calling me, he whispered something in the phone and hung up.I tried calling back to file a complaint and they keep hanging up on me. Whatever you do, do not give these people ANY info. Be as rude and disrespectful as you possibly can.

Yes he call my cell and then my job. Told me he was going to send the people to arrest me.
