Called a past job saying he was a cop.  Do not want to receive calls from this number

An Officer Ortega had called my place of employment on 8/30/16 at least 5 times. Was very rude and demanded to speak with me. The receptionist took a message and forwarded it to me, concerning a "legal emergency". I called the number, a person with a "Thick, heavy Indian accent" answered the phone and I was put on hold, a lot of noise in the background as well. This "Officer Ortega" answered the line and told me to immediately calm down as I had committed a financial crime. I laughed and said that I had not, you could tell he was becoming agitated and then told me he would be in touch with my employers legal department to which I responded, they have nothing to do with me. He then hung up. I called the number again and this time when the phone was answered, the person did not identify the company just said "hello" I asked for "Officer Ortega," gave my name again and he announced it through the room and then hung up on me. I then called again, this time it went to voice mail and the message said "Leave a message" nothing identifying the company. I hung up and called back, again they answered the phone with just a "Hello". I asked for the officer again and this time I was placed on hold for a lengthy time til I hung up and then called my local sheriffs department. Definitely a scam and something needs to be done about these pieces of crap!! To that fact, I have no idea how they got my employers name and number.

Caller said he is Robin Smith, a foreign accent - has a $5000 loan for me. He claims to be with a known finance company, but am sure he is not!
