    Message says "Crystal from Irs  with a cp11a legal notice....tax liens....arrest warrant...."
    The IRS would call me personally and not send a automated message.
    Either this is a scam or very clever bill collector trying to get me to call back.

    IRS TAX SCAM!!! - they say an arrest warrant has been issued for a CP11 TAX violation.  IRS is aware of the scam as its on their website.  Don't understand how these pigs cannot be caught??  Called them back and told them I am reporting them and they still continue to call me on a cell number.  Report them if you get a call!!
