They are harassing my daughter calling to her work and her cellphone.  I understand is an scam but is anything we can do to report this?

This guy has called my work place saying there is an emergency legal matter. I don't even know how he got that particular number. I have a recording of his voice threatening me with legal action and I will take this to the local Sheriff Office for investigation.

Keeps calling claiming to be from the State Attorney Generals office of San Francisco. ILLEGAL

This man that you all are talking about, started with me a year ago. First he was with the American Federal Law Enforcement and there was a lawsuit against my name and ss#. I asked him what my number was he said he has it and I was going to be arrested. I said kma and hung up. He called back ten mins later and I said I'm so glad you called back because I am with the federal government and I now have his location and they should be knocking on his door in a few mins. He hung up. That worked for a few days, now he's with a law firm sent me a six page letter with no address or anything. It says his client Cash Net USA is suing me and if I don't settle out of court I will have to pay $18000 when its over. I have no loans. But I do have him on numerous voicemails threatening me and his six threat, along with all the other companies he supposedly works for. I am taking this further up then the FTC. WISH ME LUCK..
