Claiming to be from state attorneys office and his name was Richard smith yet was straight out if India. Threatening legal action

Yes i received the call from this number and they called at my job threatening me to arrest me .

I received a call from some one named tony from the states attorney office.... claiming he was a paralegal accusing me of being a criminal because i asked for the phone number from where he was calling me from... i asked to talk to his supervisor ande he started cussing me out. so after a few choice words from me i told them that if they didnt stop harrassing me i would report them to the better business beureu and the athorities. they quickly hung up on me. i found there number on my caller id from my computer and tried calling back. it would ring once then go to busy

Caller claimed to be from State Attorney Generals Office claimed there was a problem with my SSN be used for fraud and that I was to blame. Problem was He/ Mark  (caller) did not know if I was male or female .  Caller is also calling me at work and an my cell phone. Total fraud because SAG is not responsible for SSN fraud cases, it would be a Federal Law enforcement agency.

I received the call on my work and my cell phone.  Repeatedly until I answered....couldn't even understand the guy...only that he was from the attorney general's office.  I called the number back, he answered and I stated I had legal representation sitting with me (I work with lawyers!) and he hung up...

This person also threatened me to arrest me. Claimed to be from the State of California SS. Asking for personal information on my cellphone and when I refused he called my work number. He sounds from an Indian descent. FRUAD.

Same thing. Called and said he was from SAG. I traced it to India  Scam!!

Someone clearly from India called claiming to be Gavin Walker telling me that I need to call Jorge Belowski 916-469-8926 & 8853 someone is using my info for criminal activities and that I will go to prison if i do not call this #. blah blah blah.

I would like these calls to stop at my work and cell number this is a scam

They keep calling me at work harassing and threatening me that i have a case and they want to know my social security number.HIs name is Raymond Rod. I hope they will take action on this matter, they are scammers

Big SCARE they said they were going to have my children taken from me while I get arrested!!!! They are calling at 7AM in the morning giving all of my information like ss, address, telephone and that is #@%^&!!! crazy!!!!

I got a vm saying his name was Gary Hudson calling from State Attorney General Office with a Indian accent.  He says either me or my retain attorney need to return the call back.  

I had another call from these punks. Knowing this is a fraud I told him to take the diaper off his head and put it on his ass. ...then go find a goat to make love with....he hung up!

I was called 3x's I hung up on him once and he called back and left a vm stating all of the above. these people are scammers.  If you have an arrest warrant no one is going to call you and let you know about it ahead of time. DUH!!!!  called the local authorities was informed this has been going on more frequently.
