Telemarketer call

Got a call from this number which is listed as "s mitchell" and it was a recording asking for home owners who want assistance with getting solar panels on their home.  No way to remove from list.

Got a call and it was listed as Sandoval Construction.  No idea what they wanted, I wasn't expecting a call from a construction company.

Don't answer.

Got the same caller ID.  Didn't answer as I have no construction going on and they are out of my area code.  What bloody good does the do-not-call list do, anyway?  None.

"Sandoval Consul" in caller ID window.  Did not answer.  Recorded message said something to do with buying solar energy as utility rates are going up.

Got a call from this number today.  Thought it was my sister's new phone number so I answered.  Heard a beep like someone pressed a number on their phone and then the recorded messages started.  I didn't sign up for anything and I do not give out my  number to unknown companies.  How did they get my number?  JERKS

I called it back to find out how they got my phone number.  Said they are a state wide agency looking to help homeowner's become more "energy efficient".  When I asked how they got my UNLISTED phone number, they told me that they work on a REFERRAL basis and that someone I know would have given them my phone number.  REALLY?

They called me too...and like an idiot - I answered.  It was a recorded message saying that PG&E (our local gas/electric company) is offering blah blah blah...then I hung up.  I've called PG&E before and told them that I'm NOT interested in any of this solar crap!  I have a sick feeling that they're giving out numbers for these people to try to drum up business.  I HATE that and don't appreciate it one bit!  How dare they do that???  WTF???  This number is being added to my Call Blocking!  Yay!!!

Who is Sandavol Consul? They called my number at 2:32 pm and again at 3:57pm, just now, leaving no messages? If it's for solar panel, I already have it, and happy with it. If it's telemarketing, then I'm po'ed as I'm on the DNC list, I'm beginning to think no matter what, the DNC list is now just a joke, it doesn't work anymore, and I update every year to make sure, but the lst couple years, I still get these unwanted calls. ugh!!!!!!

Got a call from this number and answered it.  The recording was something about California legislature... and being able to have any carrier (I presume they meant phone carrier).  I hung up.  The caller ID was "unavailable".  Seems to have been a robo call.

Got a call from this number when i answered it, it was silent. Said hello a second time and then they call was ended- sounds like this number is a bunch of poop! Just don't answer it.

I didn't pick up this call. I have been doing a bit of an experiment and not picking up to see if the promises that the robocaller will eventually drop your number if you never pick up are true. Rang about 3-4 times. I'm so weary of these solar energy calls. Two or three times a day for months now.
