Same here call and no message

Call was from Verizon regarding recent experience with customer service and to call back to rate your experience.

Call and no message. Just updated with Verizon so might be that.

This number called me and with a few online websites I learned it is someone in Sacramento, CA. The call was made to me from a landline phone calling my cell phone. Their carrier is AT&T

I received the call, but not knowing anyone still in the Sacramento area, rejected it. I called the number back on a separate landline and received a recorded message the number was disconnected and no longer in service.

Just received a call from this number. It is Verizon Customer Service. Just upgraded my phone a couple of days ago and they wanted me to answer a few questions about the process.

They called me at school I almost go my phone taken away -_-

Received call, no message.  Updated to a smartphone this week through Verizon.

Did not answer. Voicemail from Verizon Customer Service asking about experience upgrading my phone a few days ago. Voicemail left number to call for survey.

I just signed up with Verizon also...must have been that.

I just switched to Verizon a few days ago, so I am going to assume that it was them since a lot of people posting before my post thinks so too.  They did not leave a voicemail either.

Have been with Verizon for several years and had to have service for internet, TV and phone at various times.  They have a really bad habit of calling and asking what you thought of the customer service you received but blocking their ID when they call.  I have complained about that for all that time.

That's weird, I just switched to Verizon as well and I'm starting to get weird numbers calling me too. First it was waupaca WI, now it's this number from California, I think Verizon is giving our numbers out to random scam companies.

Just received a call from this number. Message left requested callback on: 800-259-9940. It claims to be Verizon Customer Service feedback survey. Just upgraded an old phone a couple of days ago, found two other copies of the message in old voice mails.

I just received this phone call saying it was from Verizon Wireless. I don't know what they wanted so I hung up phone.
