My employer is going back to Blue Shield but not until July 1. I know they like to harass people with chronic illnesses.  I had to file a complaint to get them to stop. But I'm not sure why they're calling early.

I also recently called to cancel my Blue Shield policy. I think it is a survey call. No message make them seem like scammers.

Blue Shield survey in response to a call I made to customer service recently.  Two recorded msgs around 7p.

I do not have Blue shield and I received a call - didn't answer and they left no message.

Phone ID said Blue Shield. Recorded message that they were conducting a survey on a recent interaction with Blue Shield. Called back and given the option to be put on their "do-not-call" list. Clicked that option. About an hour later they called again and hung up before I could answer. Will call Blue Shield tomorrow to tell them someone is operating a scam in their name.

Called after 8pm on 6/13/2015 and did not leave message.  Added TN to my contacts with the No Ring option so I can ignore it if they call again.

Received this as a call as Missed from Blue Shield. When I checked it, the message was in Spanish. It offered the option to check 2 for English. When I did this, there was nothing. Obviously just a crank call.

Two calls today. Both hung up when I answered.

Then why is Blue Shield showing up?  Sounds rather suspect to me, but then maybe you can convince people to go to your website and give you their personal information.  Funny, though; this exact same message just popped up for dozens of numbers.  One might think you were full of it.  :D)
