received call saying it was the IRS. Caller said her name was Joy Tyler. Said she was going to send the police to arrest me. SCAM!!  Second call today, first one was 1 347 305 7060.  Didn't give any info, that's when she said the police would come and arrest me.

called and said they were from IRS, hahahaha! They wanted me to call them back, they had a law suit against me! Well I'll just get right back to them,,, Not!!!  What [***]!

Received 2 calls the first left a message saying it is important you return this call 917-310-3456.  Called the number no one picked up after 12 rings.  Later I received a call from the same NY number saying the IRS is going to sue me. I just hung up. SCAM

Also received calls from "IRS" telling me that they had a lawsuit against me this was the first number they told me the other message was 347-305-7060 nobody answered on either phone numbers. What the!!!!!

received 3 phone calls yesterday first # 347-305-7060 automated voice message stating there was irs lawsuit for me to call back for more info on the case file then received 2 more calls with same recording and same voice from 917-310-3546 called both # no one picks up total scam irs doesn't file lawsuit and the never contact people by phone

Just talked with "Kevin" from this number for almost 2 hours. They said I owed $3400 after I told them my name, lol. Video of the call will be going up on The Hoax Hotel in a couple weeks. I blasted this number on my Twitter, SCAM THE SCAMMERS!

Received call from this number.  It was automated system telling me to return call to same number as IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  Reported to phishing@irs.gov

Got a message that it was the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me.

Received a call saying they were calling from the IRS, said an officer was on his way to arrest me and that I could settle this debt with a payment from my bank account.  I said I don't have a bank account and I could hear someone in the background say "hang up" and that was the end of the call.  Definitely a SCAM.  Be ware, the IRS does not contact you via telephone.  If you owe money they will send you communication via US Mail.

I got an automated call from this number saying the irs was going to sue me and that I'm supposed to call them.

I got 3 phone calls from 917 310 3540 them. They said don't hang up the phone. Don't talk to anyone. Go to a bank and with drawing ~$3000 is cash. Go to a walmart and complete a wire transfer to IRS Collection Agent Account. The name they gave me was Jordan Smith. They said there is a warrant out for my arrest if I hang up the phone the Police will be sent to my location. I hung up call police department and they confirmed it is a scam. IRS does not contact individuals.

Received 3 calls today from this number. Claimed to be IRS and if I didn't call this 917-310-3546 I would go to jail. Someone's idea of a bad joke!!

Saw the number coming in and came here first. Turned off my voice mail so my outgoing message says no space for messages. This USUALLY frustrates scammers, but NOT this jerk. They have been calling back hourly since 7:30 am today, it is now 1 pm and they have called 5 times. I wonder how long they will keep trying to leave a message or get me to answer.

The IRS has audited me many times.   So when I got a call saying they were filing a law suit against me, I thought "wow, why didn't my attorney call me?  And I just filed five returns and sent them a ton of money today?  Where is my accountant?"  And where was my brain, I can't believe it took me like five minutes to realize this is a scam.  One person commented that they called back often.  I hope they do, because I will call forward this to the State Attorney General's Office.  I hope someone can put them behind bars.

Same scam as everyone seems to be getting, it is the IRS.  They have called my home two times just today.

threatening lawsuit from the IRS with a case file. These individuals is Phishing for personal information. I don't think the IRS is that unprofessional to leave a threatening voice mail

i just got home 2 messages left stating IRS had a law suit against me to return the call at 9173103546. I c/b the phone received no answer

917-310-3546 was on our answering machine.  Same message other people have posted.  Will report this number to the IRS.

Elderly mom got this call. Really shook her up. Does anyone know if their phone bill is charged if you call them back?
