This number supposedly belongs to PetsToHomeService. We ordered a kitten from a website and paid $250 for the transfer from owners address to our house.  Minutes before we were supposed to get the kitten somone called on this cell number and said just that morning there was a new federal law that the animal needed to have insurance toget to our home. The insurance was $800 that was supposedly all refundable when the kitten arrived at our home. Without us paying the $800 the kitten would be held at the Pets Aviation department wherever that is but I wouldn't pay the $800. I knew were scammed by then.I have a chronically ill daughter and all she wanted was a persian kitten for her to love and take care of since she is bedridden most of the time. She is so upset and cried so many times about not getting the kitten she thought was coming.   the email address is petstohomeservice@gmail.com
