And she works there too. "Neoma is the Director of Business Development for FNCB, Inc., a collections and receivables firm that began as a small family run business over 23 years ago and grew to a national firm." No mention of the wonderful F rating from the BBB.
So it's a politician and her hubby who are behind all these prank calls? I wonder when the media will pick up on this story? - DeeDon't call this number back when you do they charge 9.99 to your cell phone bill each month. SCAM

- ms sparky| 1 replyI too getting these phone calls . I believe these people are scammers thieves I call my phone provider asked why these type of calls comes thru knowing I have a private number I ask for a new number they told me that any one can get your number go to computer put the name of person and it comes up and for more information it will cost you wtf where is privacy
- advice replies to ms sparkyMs Sparky, you shouldn't have to change your phone number just because some loser on the other side of the country wants to use you as his personal ATM. See the posts above for the info you need to report this matter to law enforcement, or better yet set up a free consultation with a consumer attorney. Lawyers love suing companies like this that think they don't have to follow the same rules as everyone else.
- Deb| 1 replyPhone number kept calling me. Looked on credit report. Harassing me for a debt of $225.00. Really? No worries. I will pay them off so they can leave me alone. Not even my debt.
- Caller: First National
- Call type: Debt collector
- more unsolicited advice replies to DebIf someone harasses you over a debt that isn't yours, the worst possible thing to do is to pay it. It will NOT stop the phone calls. Instead, it will get you put on the "sucker list" and you will be targeted for other scams. And the money you give them keeps the operation going so that they can take advantage of more people.
Be especially wary if they offer to break your "debt" into 2 or 3 easy payments that are a "discount" off of some much larger amount. They do this because they want you to miss one of the payments, and then they can add it to your credit report and force you to pay the full amount to get it removed. All for something that you didn't owe in the first place!
The way to stop calls like this is to tell them that you've researched their company on 800notes, you know where they are located, and you will be reporting them to the attorney general's office. And if they call you again, you will also be filing a lawsuit. That should get your number out of their database without having to spend $225.
