This phone number calls me with some frequency.  I finally called it back from my Skype account so that it couldn't be traced - it said that because I had visited my citibank rewards card site, I was entitled to a free shopping voucher.  I had indeed visited the website this morning, and the recording sounded legitimate.  So I pressed "1" to receive my voucher.  Some Indian-sounding man picked up the phone, who could barely speak English and asked me for my address where I would like to receive the voucher.  Then he said "let me tell you about my company.  My name is Steve Johnson and my company is based in Phoenix, Arizona."  At that point I hung up - this person sounded as much like a Steve Johnson as Paris Hilton sounds like a Pradeep Singhrajvinder.  And I've had fraudulent transactions on my credit card that show up in Arizona.  I'm pretty sure this was a scam.  Oh, and when he asked what city I lived in and I said "New York" he asked me how to spell that.
