Called at 9:34pm and again at 4:33am. Claims to be Leo Snyder with Advance America telling me my loan has been approved for up to $5000. Calling at all hours? What the hell?

I keep getting calls too from this individual.  Line is very scratchy and he is very hard to understand.  Who do these scammers think they are?

This individual keeps calling saying he is with Advance America and that I have been approved for a loan.  Would be nice if it was real. Who do these scam artists think they are?

This number keeps calling after midnight!

I have recieved emails and call from Leo Snynder stating that I was approved for 2,000 up to $10,000 and that he worked for Advance America.  I already submitted to Advance America on their legit webiste and have my information.  This is a scam.

Caller says he is Leo Snyder w/Advance America and that I am qualified for a loan up to $10,000 but I needed to pay a $100 bank to bank transfer fee in order to get my loan... So when should you ever have to pay $ out of my pocket to get a loan? ? Scammers gotta get better than this.. I mean come on people!!!

All I'm going to say is we fell for this. From same number same person and unfortunately gave out too much information. What steps do we need to take? Close bank account and call all three credit agencies? I'm sick right now after reading all of these.

The FTC has a page that lists what you should do for identity theft.  I would suggest that you look it up, read it, and follow those directions.  If you gave them your account number at the bank you need to immediately call that bank and close that account and get a new one.
