just called my cell. didn't leave message..erased...

this # is a scam of some sort.

These are either prank / annoyance calls from someone who has a grudge with you, or are used by bill collectors who try to disguise themselves, or very sick people who get a kick from persecuting and harrassing complete strangers. You can sign up for a prepaid account yourselves if you are one of the above!!! See Websites like SpoofCard,com, SpoofTel, TeleSpoof, SpoofCom, AfterVoice or PhoneGangster. All allow you use of Local Area Access Numbers or to change the number to that of a legitimate company or to change the Caller ID to read RED CROSS or AUNT SADIE, etc. AfterVoice provides recordedmessages in different male or female voices,

Tired of this nonsense??  CONGRESS has had a bill before it since 2006 called "TRUTH IN CALLER ID ACT"--it will put an end to all this unwanted caller s*&t. Contact your Congressman and Senator!!!

The Truth in Caller ID Act was signed into law Deccember 2010.

Just called...caller ID said "S"  did not leave a message.  I dialed them back with *67 and it says they do not accept blocked calls.  it is WCA Subscriber services.
