The number has called several times. When I pick up no one says anything.

Received a call twice today from 917-423-0500.  Caller hung up both times.

Received two within minutes of each other. As soon as my answering machine picked up they hung up.

got a call from this number, also from 1-917-423-0660 and 1-646-792-5300 within 1 min from each other.
Caller was saying something, but did not hear me

Called at about 10:30 PM on a Friday night, and left no message.  I tried calling back but got the message "you have reached a non-working number".

Got a call from this number 917 423 0050 at 2:18am on a Saturday. When I called back it says "You have reached a none working number" but when I checked my voicemail someone left a Spanish song playing on my voicemail.

they have been calling for 2 days and the name on my caller id say community corporate..i call back and get a busy sound..this is getting annoying...

called today said hello. nothing.  I have been receiving other out of area calls and foreigner who says when i ask who is calling? i miss you etc. Then my son picks up when they call back as I wanted a male to answer - he says I don't know who you are and man says "you are lying".  Getting all sorts of calls on my home phone for over one week now at all times and repeatedly from morning till evening. I am besides myself. What in the world is all of a sudden going on with so many of these prank calls. How do you stop them. My phone company says you can't lock and there is nothing they can do. It is Time Warner.

This person is a serial stalker.  He works for TWC.
