    Says they have a loan from me but it is always the same guy that answers. He says he's transferring you and puts you on hold. The same guy then picks up and uses a different name. This is a scam

    Calls & says he can give me a loan for 10% interest. Always the same voice on the other end. He is very pushy.Has a hard time taking no for an answer. Also, he had my account info.

    Advance fee loans are illegal in every state.  There is no loan, they only want your money and then will run away with it once you are broke.  Be aware that you might also now receive calls trying to collect this loan you never received.  That is the other end of the con, especially if you don't fall for the first part.
