    This number belongs to scammers. When getting a loan.. You don't have to prove you are financially strong, a good person, or can make the first installment. You DO NOT give money or show money when getting a loan.

    It is illegal to demand upfront payment for a loan, grant or prize!

    Hang up if they call again.

    Legitimate loan companies don't cold call you and say you qualify for a loan.  They also don't ask you to pay money upfront to receive a loan - if there are any fees/taxes/application fees - those will be included in the amount that you are loaned.
