This scammer identified himself as Julian Marshall from the IRS Criminal Investigation Division.  He hung up when I asked him for a return telephone number.

I received a call like this today from "Officer" Julian Marshall.

This person identified himself as Julian Marshell from the Irs Crimal investigation division and said there were serious charges against me.  When i called back told them them they used the wrong name and I was not giving any info and said his name was Brian not sure of last name and hung up.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Caller used the name of Julian Marshall and said there werer serious charges against my name and that I should call back as soon as I got his message.  I do believe this is a scam.
