Receiving this call. No response on other end.

Called me. Recording stated Rachel. Pressed 1 and it hung up. Ftc settled.in Dec. 2013. Stated some were repeat offenders. Ftc needs to seek criminal charges and not reach a stipulated settlement.  Yesterday they claimed to be Consumer Law.

Cardholder Services has called me weekly for close to a year. At first I would hit number 2 (or 9, they change it around) to be removed. Then I would put the phone down leaving them connected until they disconnected. Now I talk to someone, telling them to take me off the call list. They will hang up on me if I don't get it out immediately in the call.

Oklahoma number. I have to say, "hello" twice before I hear three pulsating beeps and the call hangs up. Tried to call back but it's, "disconnected"

I have received repeated calls from this and other numbers which, when answered, play a recording from "Rachel at Cardholder Services".  I have pressed 1 to speak to a representative to ask to have my name removed from their list, but every time I do that, the rep hangs up on me.  Today, I pressed 1 and spoke to someone and asked if he could tell me which company he represents.  He said Account Services for Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  He asked if I had more than a $4K balance on any of those cards, and I let him know I didn't even have one of those cards at all.  He then told me to "suck a d!c# and fu@# off, b!t@#".  Then he hung up on me.  

Just got a call from them which i blocked.
shame.. it could be someone from my company in OK needing help.

Like others have said, waste their time. Give them false info that will get them nowhere and prolong the call as long as you can. Offer to put "other members of your household" on the phone with them and then change your voice to one that is very hard to understand or even pretend to be a little off in the head. It is fun for you and drives them crazy. I too got one to tell me to "[***] Off" the other day.

I got a call from (918) 233-6584 Didn't answer it but looked it up. Yep just as I thought! We get calls continuously from these "Card Services" people. We are registered with  Do  Not  Call!!!!

I have been telling them that they have reached the police dept or the morgue.  It works for a short period of time

if card member services reads these post I'd like you to know that if and when I find you miserable cocksukers I will put you in the hospital and you'll wish your credit cards were up you fat [***],,,,,,,,,,,,

I somehow got on the same list as all of you... Since Jan 1 - I have received over 40 calls from these [***] at Cardholer Services from 18 different numbers...

I pressed 1 to speak to an operator and when they picked up told them to remove me to be hung up on. I entered every number on the FTC Do Not Call Registry for harassment but that doesn't help one iota.  When I called  Verizon to block the numbers they only allow a few numbers before you have to pay extra for additional blocking... Now,  I just click ignore on my phone when these calls come in hoping that maybe they will see I'm a bad prospect since nobody answers.

I'd personally like to kick the [***] out every one of these [***] that calls me and maybe one day I'll get my chance !

Over the past 6 or 8 years, I have had literally scores, probably hundreds, of calls from Card Services. I used to keep a record, but it got tiresome and I knew it was useless.

These people deserve imprisonment.
