Received a phone call this morning but caller did not leave a message.

I called 918-442-0391 and it states"thank you for calling back if you wish to be removed from our promotional list, press 1" then it hangs up.  No option to speak with anyone

They hung up before my message relay could kick in.

I called 618-442-0391 and heard the statement that Janine heard. There have been several subsequent calls from this number and no message has been left.

Does not offer the insurance carrier name, or a call back contact information number thus to the call recipient (like me) this telemarketing operation (caller) has no more credibility than any scam call.
The problem with pressing 2 to be removed is that any scam operation then knows that they have a live phone number.  If the caller does not identify themselves such that you can contact them back after researching them, then by all means do assume the worst about them.

I use VOIP and call blocking, and will add this number to my long list of blocked phone numbers.

Using totally illegal Robo Calls. Talking about reduce interest rates. I told them I pay 55%  interest and have a $2,000,000 mortgage. They have no insentive to put anyone on the "no call list." Anyone who risks $16,000 a call using Robo Calls doesn't care about any laws.

Received call from 918-442-0379 telling me my pay day loan was approved. I would not get a pay day loan and have not applied for any loans recently. My phone is on the do not call list.

I too got a call and when I checked my voicemail it said my application had been approved for a pay day loan.  I, too, would never waste my time on a payday rip-off loan, and certainly have not applied for such.   I am guessing it is a scam to get information from you.  I am also on the do not call list.  I am beginning to think the do not call list is worthless, as I am starting to get lots of unsolicited calls.
