Switched to 9184420783 from 9184426644 in the middle of the phone ringing... CID was TELEPOLLSD for both numbers.

4/20/11 got call from 9184420783 telepolls.com, am on national do not call list. Phone message offering discount for selling timeshare.

All four timeshare management companies I use say do not pay upfront fee or deposit fee, use broker who only gets paid if they sell your timeshare.

If a company calls offering to sell your timeshare for an upfront/deposit fee:
1. Ask them if they are confident they could sell your timeshare.
2. If they are so confident, ask them to PAY YOU AN UPFRONT FEE!!!!!
3. They should easily be able to earn back the fee paid to you if they sell your timeshare (if they ever do)
and collect a sales commission.

If people do not pay upfront fees, these companies will go out of business and we can avoid these calls!

get calls from this moron every day or two, insisting i call back about a lawsuit against my name and social security number.  idiot is a scammer, have cussed them out many times, uses 3-4 different numbers to call from.
