We've told him each time that we cannot transfer calls to employees while they are caring for patients and not to call again, to call the employee at home and we won't give out the phone number. The caller gets irrate and proceeds to yell and threaten to keep calling until we put the employee on the phone. He then calls repeatedly tying up our lines and other calls cannot come through. The caller id shows TELEPOLLSDOTCOM with 918-442-0787 as the number. They also call from 918-442-0626 with a caller id of SERVICE CALL. He said he was calling from a company called Advance Cash Solutions or something to that effect.
