have called at least 20+ times within the past 45 minutes and will leave the same message if the phone is not picked up and when pressing the button  to opt out of the prompt it leaves you like directed, it hangs up, but then calls right back. Tells me it wants to lower the household credit interest rate.

I just got a missed call from this number as well, no voice mail though. I live all the way in North east Ohio!

The people who call me from this conpany say they are from The Diabetic Foundation. Said if I complete a survey I will recieve recieve free tickets to the Bahamas. Caller ID Oklahama City, Ok. Then another number calls from Air Com 402-982-0719 wanting to know my address to send me free tickets. I think these companys are somehow connected

These people called me on my cell phone (I am on the do not call list), listed from tulsa  Ok, and said they could help me "get a lower credit card rate" - when I asked where they were calling from it sounded like they said VCA... when I asked for clarification, they hung up on me. When you call the number back, it only gives you a message to be taken off their marketing list. What a bunch of SCAMMERS, I think they were trying to get my information!

I live NE Ohio too.....just received a call from them and no message on my voicemail.  So annoying!

They keep calling and waking me up in the mornings and they never leave a voicemail! So annoying.

I just got a call from this number on my cell, that cut off.  I hit redial before I checked the number, as I was waiting for a call.  Just got the recording about if you want to be removed from their list, no name or explanation, but when I hit 1 as instructed, it imediately cut off.  Irritating.  This is a new phone that is on the DO NOT CALL registry, but it hasn't been 31 days to file an official complaint.  Irritating

Same as many of the above posters.  In NE Ohio, received automated message regarding how to lower my credit card interest rate to 6.9%.  Didn't specify which credit card company it supposedly represented.  Didn't bother to try calling back.  Caller ID on my phone showed Tulsa, OK.

got a call from them and the voicemail was a recording about lowering interest rates....blocked!
