Bad news... I received a call from 918-442-0931 with the same "SERVICE MESSAGE" caller ID, after having received about 10 calls from 701-661-1682, so I think it's the same company.

I'm having the same thing happen now.

We are having that problem too.  I called the number back and it was a recording that said if I wished to no longer receive the promotional calls, to hit 1.  Hopefully, they won't be calling back.

I called the number back & hit the number "1" to have them stop calling me.  Less then an hour later, they called again.  I guess hitting "1" doesn't work.

I have the same thing happening to me, both numbers calling me multiple times a day....it's REALLY getting annoying!

Picked up several times, call ended, no answer.

I keep getting calls from the same number. Also a 701 number. How do I block these calls?

Keeps calling...nobody on other end when answered.  I called back to find out who it is and got the "opt out" message.  Calls 3-4 times a day from 918-442-0931.

THESE PEOPLE JUST KEEP CALLING AND THERE IS ONLY A MESSAGE.  HOW TO STOP THEM.   THERE SHOULD BE A LAW TO STOP THIS KIND OF NUISANCE CALLS.

I too am getting these annoying calls.  I researched the number and found out their carrier is Fulltel, inc.  I called them (405-548-3000) and they said that number is issued out to TM Caller ID (866-225-1956).  So, I called them and they said they issued that number out to someone else.  They said they would contact the "someone else" and make sure that the calls stop.  We'll see what happens.  I also went on "Do not call registry's" website and reported the calls to them.  Hope this helps!

I keep getting calls from 918-442-0931 also.  They never leave a message.  The 701 number calls my husband's phone.  I don't know how they got our cell phone numbers.  It is very annoying.

I keep receiving call from that number multiples times a day. Is very annoying to have the same number calling you multiple times and you don't even know why in the world they are calling you. I just wish that they would stop calling.

I received my third call from the chumps today.  It looks like the changed their caller ID to HEALTHINSURANCE (it used to be SERVICE MESSAGE).  

The trick with these calls is to 1. report the calls to www.donotcall.gov, assuming you're listed on the Do Not Call registry.  However, I suspect the government website doesn't take complaints seriously until they get tons of complaints for one number.  Even more important is to call your phone service provider, and report the fraud.  They're more likely able to stop the calls.  Just make sure you keep track of the date and time they call you, and report it to them after you've received three or more.

Block one and they just use a different number! Keep reporting it and, maybe, the FCC will track them down.

The company that called me from 918-442-0931 is "American Health" from Oklahoma City, OK.  They were selling some type of health insurance plan.  I am on the National Do Not Call List, but they called with their telemarketing call anyway, so i doubt they will stop calling even if you ask them to.

The national "do not call list" is pretty useless, because scammers like this one don't care about it and continue to call anyway.  It does cut down on telemarketing calls from  legitimate companies who follow the rules and understand that if youre on the do not call list you probably won't buy anything from a telemarketer who calls you anyway.   Please note that if you file your complaint on the www.donotcall.gov with the "do not call list" people, all that does is keep a list of how many complaints they get about each phone number.  No matter how many complaints they get....this still does NOTHING!  As it states right on that website: they just keep this list which MAY be used by the government (federal communications commission or something like that) if THEY get several complaints. I think the best thing to do is just hang up on them.
