Rec'd call from 918-442-9115. The caller said he needed to leave a message for someone and that his name was Jim.  The toll free # that he left was 800-860-7662.

Called me asking for a "Melissa Commarie" the caller told me she had just given him this number. (I have recieved multiple calls from this number, all different voices too.)

Just received a phone call from this number asking to speak to my husband about a loan he applied for and he was sure he wanted to get the results. But my husband was putting up Christmas lights, so I was going to get rid of this guy...so I had my husband give me permission to talk to him. I heard my husband say his name, and give the last 4 of his SS#, then gave me permission to speak on his behalf. I got on the line and the tone completely changed...he was demanding money from a pay day loan (that never existed) and said that my husband confirmed the whole entire thing with him. He then says that he's willing to deposit the funds into my account, and just needed my bank card number. I laughed at him and hung up! What a joke!!!

Got a call from this man and looking for a person. informed that she no longer worked here and he asked do you know last date of employment. I said no and he hung up.

Very rude individual named Nick. Very out of line and would not take no for an answer. Demands information which is personal on finances. Sounds like a collector.

called number back, woman name "melissa" answered, she would not tell me who they are and asked for my last 4 digits of ss#. nice try! they had my name and birthday. hoax! beware of these ppl! fraud beware!!!!

Wel it's actually Cash Advantage Services for a pay day loan, it's there collection department. They are very rude like all of you have said. The are lazy bums and just say; "ACS," sorry we all don't work or hear of every company, but what does ACS mean? They don't provide there names unless asked for several times and if you advise them to stop calling verbally they have to for I believe 7-10 days. They won't send a paper copy of the alleged debt as they say it's all online. If you go to there "Contact us," it's just a waste of time, they don't listen and seem to have the knowledge to read or understand. If you advise them to send paper copies of the alleged debt, all they say it's only by mail and were not close to a mailbox. Hello, get off your butt, go to the copy machine, print the material, get an envelope and put stamps on it and send it when you go to your your PO BOX.

This number calls my place of business every day and hangs up when I answer.  Every. Day.

received a call about a past due account and when i asked for their license to do business and a letter they would not comply-- any company that would like money will comply with your request

Me too.  Now I answer and don't say anything and they eventually hang up.  Their dime.

A x- employee got a pay day loan and gave our phone number. Now these people call almost everyday no matter how many times i have told them we do not have any contact information for this person.  This cannot be legal from what i have read under the fair debt collection act it stated they can only call a third party ONCE.  I guess these people cant read or just don't care.
