some one looking for money i think it was a debt collector

Debt Collector from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Would not give me their name or information. Very frustrating. Atleast 2 to 5 phone calls a-day. Starting from 6:30am-MST to 9pm-MST. Please stop.

Calls every morning when I'm busy.. but they NEVER leave a message or even a voicemail... Yes! Very fustrating!

Calls at least once daily, never anyone on the other end of the line.

This number, I am quite sure, is associated with United Cash Loans.  They also have the following numbers connected to them, (1) 800-327-4901,  (2) 918-442-9101, (3)  918-442-9162, (4)  918-442-9117 and (5)  800-404-8817.  They have so many numbers, I cannot promise I got all of the numbers I believe they use, correct.  I did indeed get a payday loan from United Cash Loans. My first BIG mistake.  The loan was for $300 and had to repay $390.  They continued to debit my bank account, to the point I had to have it closed.  They took just over $700 by the time it was over.  They now continue to call, stating I owe a one time lump sum of $390 to pay off the debt.  NO WAY!!  I have more than paid the loan.  I live in North Carolina and ended up contacting the NC State Attorney General's office and had an informative conversation with a very nice lady there.  She told me payday loans are ILLEGAL in NC and not to pay anymore than what I borrowed and to ignore their calls.  It is becoming hard to ignore them as they keep right on calling me!!  She also advised me to file a complaint with the NC FTC, in which I did so immediately!  I, like so many others, hit a period of financial difficulty and chose a very stupid method to put money in my bank account.  United Cash Loans took more than double the amount of money they loaned me.  I would like to think they would be content with that.  But, being even lower than loan sharks, they are trying to annoy me to death to pay another $390.  Sorry United Cash Loans, ain't gonna happen!!  My chat with the very nice lady at the NC State Attorney General's office, made me feel very secure that I have the law on my side, and United Cash Loans are illegally loaning to consumers in many states.  Check on your state's Attorney General website and look up if payday loans are illegal/legal in your state. You will feel better, if these turds are calling you constantly, to know if it is illegal practice in your state.  I am willing to let it go that they got a few hundred dollars more than they should, because I am SICK of their calls.  But, keep it up, and I will gladly file a lawsuit against you!

Add one more to the pile (918)-442-9125. I have no outstanding debts. Nor have I ever used a payday loan. I've had the same number for the last year. These calls started about a month ago. 918 is a Tulsa, OK  Area Code. I've subsequently blocked the same number with the 9117 subfix. I'll bet they'll try the 9119 on me next. Just annoying, and I'd like it to stop altogether.

Please do not disturb me any more. Look any way to find customer. I need peace.
