Picked up the call asked me to verify my personal information, i asked who was calling the man wouldn't tell me the name of the company I did not feel comfortable verifying it without knowing i was talking to he told me he doesn't care what i wanted i better verify my information, I asked him politely to please reframe from talking to me in that tone he told "while i just did and i can nothing you can do about it" I asked him to speak to his supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor.

Ace, a scam. I was looking for car loans. I did not apply for any loans especially with Ace. The about a few days later $300.00 was deposited in to my checking account. I get direct deposit with my job. So about a week ot so later money started being withdrawn from my account. I contacted the bank and was told it was by a Ace checking. I put stop payment and eventually had to change my account. when I had contacted them as to how they got my information I was told that I had applied through a third party company. Remember I had not talked to anyone or signed any kind of paperwork or give my bank account/social security #. I felt violated and pissed off. They wanted to make arrangments to have me pay this money back. I told them no because I wanted to know how they got my personal information. Then they tried to get nasty by calling my job that when I asked them to send me some type of paperwork in the mail to start a paper trail. They said they can't do anything by mail. I told them to stop calling me and at my job because I refused to engage in any kind of conversation or contact with some company who violated me. If they want their money back send me some paperwork and we can go to court and explain to me again how you got my information to put money in my account with out my permission. Ace, a scam. i owed ace...they didn't want to work with me.  i said screw you.  hadn't heard since and now i'm getting calls and they aren't saying anything.  i found this site by googling the number. it's a chance you take when you loan people a loan between paydays...they don't have the money when you give them yours....dummies....

I receive calls from this number at least once a day and I do not know who it is or care to answer.  They should to call my work number and I asked that I be removed from calling list.  They constantly call my cell phone.

this number calls my cell number morning, noon and night continuously.

Well I am unemployed and they sure can't get blood from turnip. Money is so scarce these dsays with gas as hight as it is and food stamps not really enough they can write this stuff off.
