US Fast Cash using a new number to annoy people with.

They never leave a message, now I know who is calling me and I have no idea why.

I received numerous calls and finally answered.  They said they are with Capital Mitigation Group regarding a payday loan.  I asked who the loan was with and they said MTE.  I told them I had no record of any loan with that company and requested that they provide me with all documentation pertaining to this loan.  I gave them my email address and what I received was a letter from them requesting payment.  I then faxed and sent by certified mail a letter again requesting all documentation pertaining to this loan and that under Federal and State law they are no longer to contact me by phone, only in written format.  I know the fax went through as I have confirmation, but they rejected my certified letter.  If they were legitimate they would be able to provide me with the requested documentation.

These calls come multiple times every day to a new phone number we recently added to our company's extensions.

I had the same person call me about an unpaid loan. They would not supply proof of this debt. They call once a day.

I get this call several times a day; recorded message, first for one lady then when they call back it's my name.  There's an 1800 number in the message then it hangs up,  I've no idea who this belongs to, why are they calling this woman and then me or how they got my number.  Just want the calls to stop and it looks like changing my phone number even with it's costs involved is probably what's going to have to happen.

Anybody have an address for them?  They called last nite at 12:02am in the morning, I want to get an attorney and let him handle this.  I do not owe them money, my sister does and they will not leave me alone.
