"Card Services" calling with an opportunity to improve my credit card rates.  Human came on the line but did not answer a request for their name or acknowledge a request to be removed from their list.  Number came up as not in service when I called it back.

Cardmember Services new number!  Yay!  Our phone companies and our government could stop this BS if they wanted, but they get too much money for letting it continue.  I quit filing complaints a long time ago, don't waste your energy.  Just don't answer any calls that you don't recognize, believe me, you are not going to get any great call from some unknown number.  It will only be tele-scammer.  There really should be a new 'call type' category of Criminal Scams.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

I said that i want to be removed from the list. The guy asked "Why?".
I said because i want to be removed. Then he said "Shut the f*** up. F*** you you son of a b****".

This number belongs to scammers. I have gotten many calls from this number and others in this exchange, always mid morning eastern time. Usually get calls for 2 - 4 days in a row. Then they give it a rest for awhile. If you call this number back the phone company reports it as out of service, so who ever this is may be in bed with the phone provider.

I received a call from this number while in class. I called this number as soon as I was out of class. I got a message that this number is no longer in service.  I am tired of the invasion of my privacy and using my valuable time to check them out.  Blocking the number does not work for they will find another number and keep calling.  What a bunch of jerks

These scammers called me four times within 53 minutes. Each of thir fraudulent companies called: Medical Alert, Rachel with cardholder services and this one that claimed to be a non-profit. I have filled an FCC complaint for each, written a note on the web and blocked each number. I intend to write my congressman to ask for a bill to give the FCC the power to shut these guys down by taking away their ability to use credit card numbers.

1.  Make a complaint to the FCC.  2.  Call your US Senator and Representative, tell them you will call them every time you get a call... if they don't do something you will bother them like these scammers bother you.

Call your US Senator and Representative.... they say their number one job is to protect us... actions speak louder than talk... this is simply a form of telecommunication terrorism.

I received a call from 9185528778, I did some research and the number block is not assigned to anyone. I called my cell provider. I have gotten calls from them from several different numbers. It looks like they are just taking unassigned numbers throughout the US and sending the calls out probably SIP, which would explain when calling back the call does not go through. Total scammers stay away from them
