Got a call from this number around Noon time last week (on Wed 5/11/2016).  Caller ID showed "ExpressBank 1-918-879-7100".  Anytime I don't recognize the number, I always let it roll thru to voice mail.  They left no message; and they haven't called back in the past 5 days now.  If they do call back again and do the same thing (hang up with no message), I'll add them to my Call Block List at that time.

I believe that this number is for Bank of Oklahoma. Expressbank is the name of their Customer Service center.

It is the call center for Bank of Oklahoma. I used to work there. They refer to call center as "Expressbank."

Yep, # is legit, it's Bank of Oklahoma which also operates Colorado State Bank and Trust among others. I called earlier to request a statement be mailed to my house and the missed call left a VM stating they got my request and that it was in the mail!

This is a bona fide bank phone number. Bank of Oklahoma, parent company of Bank of Albuquerque. I was called by Customer Services to discuss an issue that I had raised.

It's a pity that "Call type" does not allow for bona fide calls, so I can only use 'Unknown' which is not really true as I do know.
