Called my cell phone.  Didn't recognize number so didn't answer.  No voicemail.  Number search lead me here.

This is marketing home security services.  Same group that has been fined already I think.

Funny in that the FBI does not keep records, makes announcements or even cares about home break ins.

they called my office phone wanting to sell me crap, they need to stop. I am reporting them to our IT security people and letting them go after them for spamming the office phones

Got a missed call from this number at 7:30 on a Monday evening.  Didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number but I live in the 919 area code (Raleigh, NC) and the call came from Apex, NC (where I work).  Strange.  I'm getting really sick of these robocalls.  

... robot call peddling home security systems. how does one get the authorities involved to get those robocallers charged?

I got the same thing.
His/Her point is to make sure that your number is a valid one.

I called the number (919.249.0338) and the digital voice recording said, "Press any number to be removed from this list. Removal will take 24 to 48 hours." Since I have severely reduced spam calls to my phone, I wanted to see if this added my number to a spam list (more than one spam call a month) or in fact, removed my number (even fewer spam calls than one a month). Sometimes, I like to see if the system works.  WELL... five minutes later, they called back.  "Knightsdale" was the ID name.  "Is Xyzabc available?" (in a Phillipina accent).  I asked, "Who, may I ask is calling?" and they hung up.  So... it's spam all the way!

Received call from 919-249-0338 on my cell phone.  I let the call go to voice message.  The caller did not leave a message.  When I call back on a land phone, recording stated to enter any key to be removed from the calling list.  No name or company's name was given.  I deleted the missing call from my cell.

This number keep calling my home phone.  No message. I researched it. It just says if you want to be removed from this number press any key. I need them to stop calleing.

They called and I pressed the #9 to see what they wanted. It is to lower your credit card rate. The woman asked who she was talking to. I said that she called me and should know who I am. She slammed the phone down. So tired of these calls.

Got a call 4/21/14, didn't answer. I live in NC, but don't know anyone with that number.

I answered this call and it said to lower my credit card rate to press 9, I did and a man came on saying do I want to lower my rate, I said no that I don't even have a credit card and I'm on do not call list, he promply hung up.   An hour later I received another call just like this but from a different # and they did the same thing.  

Automated message for telemarketer selling home security equipment.  Prompts say to push zero to remove from list, however this is not effective as the call back a month later.

Just got this call @ 7:46 P 04/22/14 . Glad I looked here and didn't call back.

Same here my girlfrind got call from number 3 digits different and was same people.

Just another line of cr@p from the criminals at "Card Services" with a new number and a caller ID that says "Customer Service" , Kelly the robo-calling [***] trying to dupe the public into falling for their scam, although the real scam is the one perpetrated on the public by the government agencies that are supposed to shut these criminals down and lock them up, but that will never happen because the contributions to campaign funds are more important than the general public.

Just received a call from this number as well no message left but I always come here to see if it is spam!  As it looks it must be!  thanks to all for posting!
